Punch system for plate making

Characteristics

System unit provided with a unique automatic position control function using a high-rigidity punch unit for plate making, which makes holes for positioning block copies of a printing machine. High repeated machining accuracy has been achieved.

The punch unit supports various shapes of punch and suppresses adhesion of aluminum plate powder to the punch and die. Stable punching performance and long life have been achieved.
For the automatic position adjustment function, the lineup includes pin and CCD types.
The pin type has a high repeat accuracy of 25 μm or less, and the CCD type has a high repeat accuracy of 10 μm or less.

Trimming cutter

Characteristics

Trimming cutter, which cuts multiple sheets of paper.
The lineup includes scissors and knife types. Both types have a sharp blade edge and the unique drive mechanism delivers high-grade cutting.
We propose the optimum type according to the number of sheets to be cut, durability, etc.
For the knife type, there is also a lineup of desktop cutting machines for general use.

Characteristics

Using our longstanding cutter and punch assembling technologies, we support production and assembly of peripheral mechanisms for the cutter, such as sheet transfer unit and single unit production with a printer.
In addition, by being involved from the development phase of machines such as printers, we can make a design that anticipates the overall layout, unlike the conventional method of assembling cutter and punch units later as independent mechanism units. As a result, the efficiency of space layout can be improved.
