Cutter unit［by application］

Representative cutter units are introduced for various applications.

For label/bar code printer/laboratory machine

Medium-sized rotary, roller, or slide type cutter with high rigidity, which can cut paper with relatively large cutting loads.
The slide cutter is used as a laboratory cutter which requires high-grade cutting surfaces. We can also provide specially designed products upon request.

Bank terminal, POS/ECR, various ticketing machines

Two types (rotary and slide) are available as standard products. Various models are available according to cutting width and paper type.
We can also provide specially designed products of the above-mentioned two types and specially design products of the roller type, scissors type, or saw blade type cutter upon request.

For ticketing machine/receipt issuing machine

Small cutter used for toll gates of expressways, railroad ticketing machines, etc. for which high reliability is required.

For copying machine/plotter

Two types (rotary and roller) are available as standard products. Various models are available according to cutting width and paper type.
We can also provide specially designed products of the above-mentioned two types and specially designed products of the slide type upon request.

Facsimile

The photo shows an example of a cutter for a personal facsimile. The roller cutter is composed of a combination of two disk blades, and it is easy to set paper (simple operation: just place a sheet of paper on the cutter frame).
It is also excellent in terms of safety because there is no blade on the paper passing surface.
